Lion's Milk Latte with Ghee 🦁🥛🫚🧡

In Ayurveda tradition, starting your day with a blend of ghee and turmeric on an empty stomach offers numerous benefits, including toxin elimination, relief from constipation, cellular nourishment, and even weight management. Combining ghee with turmeric enhances the absorption of curcumin, amplifying turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties. But what if we could take it a step further and incorporate the wonders of Lion's Mane mushroom, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, and honey into the mix? That's exactly what we'll do!

We'll create a nourishing and delightful latte using our Lion's Milk Shroomed blend, paired with oat milk, a touch of ghee, and honey. This concoction brings together a blend of herbs and superfoods, working synergistically to boost circulation, sharpen focus, aid digestion, fortify the immune system, support nerve health, and reduce inflammation. It's the perfect remedy for chilly days, weakened immune systems, body aches, and more!


Let's dive into the recipe:

 

To prepare the easy way, add 1 tbsp of ghee to your mug.

 

Add 1 tbsp of Lion's Milk Shroomed to mug with 1 tbsp of honey.

Stir everything together.

Next, bring 12 oz of your preferred milk to a boil. Turn off heat carefully pour milk into mug.

Stir latte well until dissolved. About 2-3 minutes.

 

Enjoy!

You could also prepare by whisking all ingredients together in pot, bring to a simmer, then pour into mug.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Lion's Milk Shroomed
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Honey
12 oz Oat milk or your preferred milk

Method:

  1. Heat the milk until it's just about to boil, then set it aside.

  2. In a mug, combine Lion's Milk Shroomed, ghee, and honey.

  3. Pour the hot milk over the mixture and stir until everything is thoroughly dissolved.

  4. Enjoy your delicious latte! Alternatively, you can prepare it by mixing all the ingredients in a pot and then pouring the mixture into your mug."

Feel free to adjust proportions as needed and maybe try adding a pinch of salt!
